SASO updates MOCI product list, effective August 18.
Following the previous notice that "all importers must fill in the approved Product Declaration Form (MOCI) when applying for a Shipment Certificate (SC)," SASO has further updated the product list requiring MOCI completion. The new requirements officially took effect on August 18, 2026.
Effective immediately, for all products on the list, if the approved Product Declaration Form (MOCI) is missing when applying for a Shipment Certificate (SC), the SC will not be approved.
Additionally, please note: if the customs code listed is 8 digits, this notice applies to all subcategories under that code.
The products and customs codes (HS) covered by this notice are as follows:
